South 40 House: Promoting camaraderie
South 40 House is a mixed-use facility with three floors of residential space, a market, bakery, fitness center, student rooms, and a "green" rooftop garden. Also included is a 4,700-square-foot dining area designed to bring students, faculty, and staff together and offer a wide array of dining options.
